LDR Growth acquires the businesses of Ohio Heat Transfer Ltd. and Cincinnati Radiator Inc.

An acquisition of renowned Midwest heat exchanger producers

In a private deal, LDR Growth Partners (“LDR“) stated that it had acquired Cincinnati Radiator Inc. and Ohio Heat Transfer Ltd. CRI and OHT are American producers of heavy-duty heat exchangers, radiators, and related air, oil, and hydraulic coolers. With customers in the agricultural, earthmoving, energy, forestry, hydraulics, and transportation-focused areas, the enterprises have established a flawless track record for producing and delivering their customized industrial goods promptly.
