William L. Kozyra Takes Over the Charge of Alco Plastics Inc.

In a recent turn of events, William L. Kozyra announced that he will now be the chairman of Alco Plastics - the leading producer of injection molded components.

William L. Kozyra replaces Dan Conway, who was the second-generation family owner of Alco Plastics after his father established the company in 1976. 

Alco Plastics Inc is a well-established automotive supplier of plastic injection molded components and assemblies. It is based in Romeo, Michigan. The company now witnesses a significant milestone as William L. Kozyra declares himself as the chairperson of Alco Plastics Inc. He will be replacing the former chairman Dan Conway. The announcement took place on the 11th of July, when he acquired Alco plastic, and named himself as the chairperson.

He also announced proudly that his son William L. Kozyra II would stand by him as the president of the company. The father-son duo has 18 years of experience in various manufacturing, purchasing and logistics fields.

Kozyra is a man of honor and a great achiever. He retired as the CEO of the IT fluid system and has also served as the President of North America for Continental AG. He founded a new company after his retirement, Model Craft Inc., which will now be serving as a parent and holding company for Alco plastics. 

Kozyra kept the name of the company Model Craft Inc’ after his father’s business which he established at the age of nine. Already a global leader- Alco plastics, combined with Kazyra’s other companies, will reach new heights under the chairmanship of Kozyra.
