Pearl TV has launched a fast-track program, in collaboration with iWedia, to add the interactive features of the new ATSC 3.0 A/344 to the TV. This coalition is based on the ulterior motive of accelerating and streamlining the NEXTGEN TV technology adoption process. The ATSC 3.0 software stack by iWedia includes an advanced media player and a browser that enhances the capabilities developed by the Pearl TV. The television SoPC manufacturers will benefit from the operating system of iWedia. Also, this technology’s IoT and in-vehicle infotainment capabilities will be equipped in vehicles too.
