Today, Burke Porter Group (BPG) announced the acquisition of D&K Engineering, an international service provider of end-to-end product design and contract manufacturing to institutions in the fields of medical and life sciences. The services of D&K helped companies to commercialize innovations and science-based products. 

D&K was founded in 1999 and has built a reputable business ever since. Their collaborations and capabilities encompass the entire product cycle and after-market support. In the past 20 years, D&K has partnered with clients and delivered over 700 successful product creation and realization journeys. 

Burke Porter Group, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is an eminent global supplier of automated testing, diagnostic, and production solutions to life science and specialty industries. BPG is focused on developing automated high-precision processes that cater to the customer’s specific needs. The companies joined forces as D&K complemented the vision of BPG and offered comprehensive, global engineering and manufacturing capabilities. 

D&K founders Scott Dennis and Alex Kuczynski will stay and work closely with the BPG leadership team and Rich Carone, leader of BPG’s Medical and Life Sciences Division.
