NaaS Technology Inc., China, and Li Auto Inc., China, recently agreed to collaborate to launch a new smart charging navigation system that is expected to go live in Q3 of this year.
Smart Charging – A collaboration of NaaS Technology Inc. & Li Auto
Naas (NASDAQ: NaaS) is China’s leading and rapidly expanding EV charging service provider. Newlink NaaS aims to “help promote carbon neutrality in transportation globally through innovative products and services.” Naas Technology, China collaborated with Li Auto Inc., who is a pioneer and a market leader in China’s new EV market, in order to provide drivers with a more convenient, smooth, and better EV charging experience.
The reason for collaboration
The objective of this collaboration is to create the charging service ecosystem of the future and allow the entire industry value chain to run more efficiently. As charging experience is a major factor for drivers considering an EV, NaaS will connect its nationwide digital charging network to Li Auto’s charging navigation system. Allowing L9 drivers to locate partner charging stations using in-vehicle maps or the Li Auto APP. The collaboration is beneficial because it will provide a smooth flow to the electric vehicle drivers.
